Dublin Busker Bye-Laws part 2 - equipment | Street I Am
First of all someone needs to tell the Dublin council folks who wrote
the Dublin Busker Bye-Laws that an amp and a drum kit are considered
equipment. In the current draft of the Bye-Laws the, Instruments /
Equipment / Props, section only include Bye-Laws 4 through 6. Yet 2 and
3, for street musicians and dancers, is clearly equipment oriented.
Number 2 deals with the size and number of amps per performance. The
size allowed is 15 watts and number allowed per performance is 1 amp
only. Bye-Law No. 3 says no drum kits allowed to be played on the
streets of Dublin.
